MAYO TRAVELLERS SUPPORT GROUP WISHES TO RECRUIT A
PRIMARY HEALTH CARE COORDINATOR
The coordinator will have responsibility for the overall day-to-day
coordination of the Primary Health Care Project, including
administration.
The post will be a **Apply on the website**-hour fixed term one year
contract, based in Mayo Traveller Support Group office in Castlebar.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* A recognised third level qualification, minimum level 7 in
Community Development, Applied Social Studies/Social Care, Public
Health Nursing, Registered General Nursing, or relevant other
qualification.
* A minimum of 2 years work experience in a related field
* A thorough knowledge of community development and the needs of the
Traveller community
* Candidates are required to provide evidence that they have the
ability to attend meetings outside of the office and have the ability
to travel (e.g. a full clean drivers licence
* Garda vetting is required for this position
